Licences, downloads and domains
FlightMatrix, MediFlow, VTC LMS Pro, Byteslim Image Optimizer, ClickGuard Pro are licensed through our customer licence portal. Sign in with your purchase email and licence key to see your licences, download the latest version (while your update window is active) and release a domain to move a site.
What to include in a support request
Tell us which product and version you use, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots and the exact error message help a lot.
For licence questions, mention the email address you purchased with and your licence key — both are shown in the customer portal.
