API Development & System Integration

REST APIs and third-party integrations — payments, booking, messaging and AI services — with authentication, logging and failure handling.

Most systems need to talk to others — payment providers, booking engines, messaging services, accounting tools, AI models. Integrations are where projects quietly break: timeouts, changed responses, duplicate requests and missing logs.

We build integrations that expect failure: authenticated and rate-limited endpoints, retries where they are safe, idempotent operations, and logs that let you see exactly what happened. Our work includes airline-API ticketing in FlightMatrix, signed license-activation APIs and AI-generated image alt text in Byteslim.

Typical applications

  • REST APIs for your own products
  • Payment and checkout integration
  • Flight, booking and availability APIs
  • Email, messaging and notifications
  • AI service integration
  • Data sync between business systems

How we work

  1. Discovery

We map the workflow, users, data and constraints, and agree the scope and acceptance criteria in writing.

  2. Contract design

Endpoints, payloads, authentication and error behaviour documented before implementation.

  3. Implementation

Built with timeouts, retries, logging and tests against sandbox environments.

  4. Monitoring

Health checks and logs so failures are noticed by you before your customers.

  5. Launch & support

Deployment, handover documentation and an optional maintenance plan once the system is live.

Questions about APIs & Integration

Do you need our API keys?

Only for the environments we work on, stored outside the codebase. We prefer sandbox keys during development.

Can you document an API for other developers?

Yes — every API we build comes with reference documentation and examples.

Have a system in mind? Let’s map it out.

Tell us what you need to build, replace or fix. We’ll review it and reply with questions or a clear next step — not a sales script.
